Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, and subsequent constraints on postal services, delivery may take 2 days longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience and wish all customers the very best of health.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within five(5) business days.
Shipment or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. In the event an order is placed on weekends or holidays, shipment will be processed on the next business day.
If the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will communicate the delay through your registered email address.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We use DHL or FedEx for shipment. Estimated shipping rates for a handbag sized item is approximately USD 100.
For customers in peninsular Malaysia, the estimated delivery timeline is within 1 to 2 business days.
For customers in Sabah and Sarawak, the estimated delivery timeline is within 2 to 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Attic House cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number through your registered email address once we have processed your shipment.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Attic House is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Attic House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We provide international shipping to any country. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your shipment.
For customers within Asia-Pacific region, the timelines are about 1 to 2 business days.
For customers in Europe or the United States, the delivery timeline is about 3 to 4 business days (Note - may take longer for certain countries). The delivery time is subject to custom clearance and logistic handling process
Customs or import duties will only be charged once the package arrives at its destination. Customers will be charged IF there are any fees involved. Our assigned courier company will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid.
